The terms of use of the services provided through the search engine and the website located at www.zanta.gr (hereinafter "website") by the FLOROS CHAR company are hereby defined. CHRYSOSTOMOS (hereinafter "company") with VAT number 130573990. Zanta.gr offers its services under these detailed terms of use, which each visitor/user is requested to read carefully and if he/she agrees with them and fully accepts them, he/she can to visit/use the pages and services of the website. Registered or unregistered users of the website's services, i.e. visitors, members (with a private or commercial account) of the website www.zanta.gr will be referred to hereafter as "users". Zanta.gr provides its visitors/users with a multitude of services which mainly consist of providing private and professional ads, all kinds of information and advertisements, communication tools, search services, mass user access, etc. All existing services, product availability, as well as any new services included on the website in the future, are subject to these terms of use. The user of the website services fully and irrefutably accepts that all the information-services provided "as is" and Zanta.gr bears no responsibility regarding the limited duration, correctness of the information, deletion, poor performance, the inability to store user data electronically as well as any damage that may be caused by the use of the website. The use of the website is governed by the provisions of Greek Law, which are binding on each user, who is obliged to comply with them. In addition, the user is obliged to use the content and services of the website in accordance with Greek legislation, morals and the present conditions, refraining from any action that may offend other users or create problems in the proper functioning of the website. The acceptance of the terms herein does not in any case constitute the conclusion of any form or relationship of employment, cooperation or partnership with the company. The user accepts that the publication of advertisements and services, depending on the posting category, has a limited duration and that there may be a time delay in the delivery time of the website's products and services.

Zanta.gr makes every possible effort, so that the services of the website are provided uninterruptedly and without technical problems. 5. Infringements and reports

7. Personal data

Zanta.gr covers all personal data and information as well as the conditions for gathering, processing and managing the personal data of website users. In no case is the relationship between the users of the website and any services not under the control/ownership of the website covered. Zanta.gr collects personal data when the visitor/user registers for its services, when it uses them and when it enters all kinds of advertising programs. Each user is obliged to declare their true and complete information, as well as to inform the website of any change, providing the required information so that these information are complete, true and always correctly updated. In the event that your credit/debit card transaction is rejected for any reason by the issuing bank or the credit/debit card network, including indicative reasons such as exceeding the credit limit or suspected fraud, then your purchase will not be executed. Credit/debit card transactions will be processed through the Zanta.gr website, using the services of the online payment processing provider with which the website is contracted. Otherwise, the service is deactivated and e.g. the ads, or the merchant page does not appear in the search results. Also, if a subscription remains inactive (unpaid) for a reasonable period of time, the ads will be deleted without notice. Zanta.gr reserves, at its absolute discretion, the right, and the user fully and unconditionally accepts it, without prior warning, to display user ads exclusively on their personal subpage or website (e.g. in the form username.zanta.gr) or only in the search lists of advertisements and services of Zanta.gr generally accessible to all users or both. Zanta.gr may offer trial subscriptions for a certain period of time, free of charge or at a reduced price. Zanta.gr reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to determine and vary subscription prices, to withdraw or modify a trial or subscription, at any time, without prior notice and without any liability. Zanta.gr reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to characterize the user as an "individual" or "merchant".

Positive evaluations from a store owner or employee or an external store partner to his store or negative evaluations from an owner or store employee to another store (which will not be accompanied by evidence, a document, an order form, etc.) are considered invalid and are immediately deleted from the website. In addition, such actions violate the term 3.2.3 on misleading the consumer and may lead to the deletion of the store from the website.

13. Product Reviews

The text of the reviews for each product may briefly mention the member's experience with the specific product and any comments or evaluations about the product. The content of the evaluation that may accompany the content of the evaluation must be the intellectual property of the member and under no circumstances infringe the personal data of third parties, as well as intellectual or any other rights of third parties. Members are solely responsible for the content they submit for posting on the website. 14. Returns Policy
 

If you wish to return the product you received because it is defective, wrong or if you simply changed your mind, you can submit a return request easily and quickly through your account at the store where you bought the product. zanta.gr is not responsible for, nor aware of, nor does it send products to its users. The stores/users it hosts are responsible for this. In the event that the product is different from what you ordered, or if any part or component is missing, you can return it. In case of receiving a product damaged during transport, you can refuse its receipt to the transport company and contact the store to immediately proceed with compensation or send a new product. If you found it when opening the package, you can contact the store and attach the photos of the damage to get your money back or to have the product replaced. In the event that a product you purchased has a defect, you have the right to return it in accordance with articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code. The legal guarantee consists of the seller's responsibility if the product, when delivered to the consumer, is defective or does not meet its characteristics, as described by the seller. The duration of the legal warranty for new and used products is two (2) years under the conditions of the law. Because the legal guarantee derives directly from the law, it exists in every case, whether it is mentioned or not by the respective seller. Some products are accompanied by a Commercial Warranty which is optionally offered by the seller or manufacturer, and concerns product repair, replacement or refund, according to the conditions set by the manufacturer and at approved by him "Repair Centers" (service centers). The Commercial Warranty comes to cover you in addition to the rights you have from the legal warranty. In case of withdrawal or receipt of the wrong product, the return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. After this period, the return cannot be accepted. Products that have shown some damage can be returned within the time period defined by their legal or commercial warranty. To be able to return a defective product you must have the proof of purchase. If you have received an invoice, you should issue a delivery note and include it in the package. The store will send you the credit invoice after receiving the products. In case of withdrawal or return of an unused product, you should also ensure that the product is in its original condition, with all the accessories and forms that accompany it and that the special markings (e.g. protectors, tags) have not been removed , labels). and its packaging should be original and in perfect condition. Products with damaged, incomplete or visibly worn packaging cannot be returned.

The following definitions apply to this agreement:

"Service" is the service provided by the business to the Users to complete the online order.
